The Last Lecture

The last lecture explains the last months of Randy Pausch's life as he struggles with juggling his homelife, and pancreatic cancer. He also is juggling a lecture that he plans to give his "last lecure" a typical lecture givin by professors to give a speech like it was their last day to live. Only for Randy Pausch it would acctualy be his last lecture. An obvious theme for this book is Death, but i think a better theme would be optimism.

Fearing... Everything

Everyone has fears, but right now I don't exactly talking about phobia's even though Ms. A obviously has a fear of being away from her family. Personally, can we just get rid of mine? :P haha. Anyways the question is why do countries fear other countries. I don't really think it gets more specific than dominationm and destruction. We live in america where we are free to do much more than a lot of other people from other places around the world. Our #1 fear would be to be dominated by one person, and obviously we don't want to die either. I think the reason countries fear other countries is because they know. Lets take America vs. Mexico. If we really wanted to take them over, we could. We're obviously not going to do that, but its still a legit fear if your mexico.

If i was taken away from my friends, and family with no way to talk to them, I would have a mental break down. I think it would be a while before i even spoke to anyone. I don't know how those people who get stranded in the middle an ocean survive I honestly think I would give up too soon. The fact that it is possible that one of these situations to happen kind of freaks me out.

Living Live

I would just like to start off by saying that I am in fact alive, I think... Anywho my live life really doesn't bother me much although i usually pick, and choose what to link to my facebook. I think facebook does give many people a false sense of security, because i know like me. Many people use the same password, or a form of the same password for many things. Recently my email was hacked, and I was givin a virus, and apparently sent a message to my mother, and Ms. A, but thanks to my friend Malware Bytes the virus took a matter of minutes to get rid of. Incidences like this scare me a little. There are people who are out to steal identities, and commit whatever other crazy crimes they dig up. It's not so much that I’m worried about a 'big brother', it more about the people who are smart enough to manipulate the websites we trust all of our personal information to. I think everyone needs to be a little more careful of what they do and say on their computers
