Catching fire #2
Katniss is worried about the problem in district 13, but she knows she can do nothing about it. Kats team is getting her ready for her pre wedding photoshoot. Katniss believes that the "sea food shortage" in district four is part of a much bigger coverup by the capitol. Katniss has a nightmare, and turns to Haymitch for advice. Katniss thinks 12 should rebel against capitol, but Haymitch tells her not to even think about it, as he thinks that the rumors about district 13 rebuilding its self is a big joke.

Ah, this seems like one of them "Hunger Games" books. So this is the whole point, Someone realizes that there is something wrong and no one wants to believe it. Welcome to our future.
